Whisper quiet

You can opt for better thermal paste to make this laptop the quietest Linux laptop available. Low-noise laptops can be obtained by ensuring that the fan does not have to run as fast or not at all. The warmest part of a laptop is the processor, which is connected via a metal cooling fin (usually made of copper), which in turn is cooled by a fan. This thermal paste is located between this cooling fin and the processor. By choosing better thermal paste, this heat is better transferred to the cooling fin. This allows us to run the fan less quickly or not at all by means of a special program. If you want a whisper-quiet laptop, choose this model with the better thermal paste.

• These laptops are assembled in our shop: we place the memory, hard drive or SSD (Solid State Drive), processor and install Windows.
